Mr. Craig Parson

Howdy All!

I was born and raised in Odessa, TX.  I went to Texas A&M University and received a bachelor's degree in Zoology.  I started teaching in Paradise, TX.  I then taught middle school science in Tom Bean, TX for 10 years.  My family moved to Kentucky where I taught Earth and Space Science and Chemistry for 3 years in Lexington.  I then ended up back in Texas and worked as a Science Instructional Coach at McKinney Boyd High School.  Here I also taught Physics, IPC and Environmental Systems.  After 12 years in that role, my family moved to Jacksboro where I am now teaching Biology.  This is my 3rd year in Jacksboro.

I've been married for 31 year to Samantha.  We have a dog, Mendel (gotta have a scientist's name!) and a cat, Stella.

We have one daughter, Jacqueline, who is in graduate school at Texas Tech.
